Consciously making the effort to put my happiness first is difficult
despite the slow progress, I can see the positive impact.
It's tiring. I look back and find reasons to stay the same
because it's easier, quicker and requires less effort
Very good improvements though. Anxiety is under control.
Noticed that I have different levels of anxiety now. I'd usually jump into the red zone immediately after entering a new situation. Recovery time is much faster too.
Just need to remind myself to not sweat the small stuff
Taking the time to fully manage my own emotions and happiness.
Understanding that I create my own happiness.
Not my family, friends, boyfriend or even co workers.
I choose to be happy.
