Week 2

Working out 3 times a week and I'm hoping to keep it up

Body is building muscle and  despite the slight weight gain, body is feeling healthier and I feel stronger.

Usually I'd gain muscle mass for a couple of weeks before losing weight. It's difficult being dependant on a weighing scale. It is slowly becomes a liability and I need to step away from being obssessed with the needle fluctuating left and right.

As along as I'm healthy, happy and feel good. It should be alright, right? It's easier said than done and bad habits die hard.

Progress is slow but steady and I need to think long term. 

Lastly, the goal is to be healthier, fitter. Not skinnier.
